Britney Spears loses custody of her kids
TMZ has learned Britney Spears has lost physical custody of her kids.
L.A. County Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon issued an order today stating that Kevin Federline, the boys’ father, “is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM until further order of the court.”
Kate Hudson dumps Dax Shepard
Kate Hudson has reportedly dumped boyfriend Dax Shepard after just two months of dating. Kate was first linked to the Employee of the Month star at the beginning of August but according to OK magazine, told friends it was over before she told Dax. A source told the publication: “Dax got a phone call about it from a friend. He’s upset that she didn’t bother to say anything to him.”

Rumours have been rife on the web that the saucy video exists and contains intimate scenes featuring the Desperate Housewives beauty and her NBA star hubby Tony Parker.
If the tape is genuine, it is tipped to become the biggest sex tape unearthed since Paris Hilton’s One Night In Paris.
Latest reports from the States suggest the video has made its way online, but only on paid for sites.
Last year Longoria was rumoured to have featured in a sex tape which also made it online, but it was found out to be fake.
