Eva Mendes drug problem well hidden
Eva Mendes is currently in a rehab facility for treatment of a “substance abuse problem.” Sources say her addiction is worse than she or her rep is letting on. An insider claims the actress is struggling with “well hidden” addictions.
“She kept it all behind closed doors and wasn’t really a mess in public. She has a lot of low self-esteem and body issues,” said the source.
An insider alleged the 31-year-old has been using cocaine to overcome her confidence issues. “For a lot of girls in Hollywood, cocaine makes them feel more confident and stay skinny,” said the insider.
Mendes is receiving treatment at Utah’s Cirque Lodge, which has treated other stars including Lindsay Lohan and most recently Kirsten Dunst.
