The news around town is that Orlando Bloom is dating Rumer Willis. The 31 year old was caught making out with Rumer Willis who is only 19 and the eldest daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore. However, last week Orlando Bloom was wining and dining Victoria Secret Model Miranda Kerr.
